The restoration project of the apartment in which the hotel now stands was designed by the architect Francesco Sèrtoli who renovated the interior spaces by creating four independent rooms in faithful respect of the original architectural style.

As a support in consulting and for the choice of all furnishing materials, the architect Sèrtoli relied on the experience of our project managers, who accompanied him in the design and construction phase with careful supervision of all phases of the order
